It was great visiting with you this morning at the Cherry Street Farmers Market. I have used various honey brands from the grocery store in the past, however, i have started to use your Gold Standard honey in my rib recipe. Your honey has a richer flavor. This year I won a 10th place showing at The Bixby BBQ and Blues contest in May.
The glaze is as follows:
Half bottle of favorite BBQ sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup Gold Standard Honey
Heat until brown sugar is dissolved. Brush on ribs for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
